We began our business in 2010 with Customer Service as a high priority and it continues to drive our business today. This attitude has resulted in increased business. We have responded with a recent expansion of our retail area to include Numismatic/Collectible Coins, an increased Gold & Silver Bullion offering, as well as Vintage Jewelry and Watches.
Location
Our store is located in an upscale retail center with parking right at our front door. With local ownership and management we are in a position to make on the spot offers on your valued goods and merchandise. We also may XCHANGE /trade your goods for merchandise we have for sale.
Precious Metals, etc.
Although our name suggests that we deal only in GOLD, we provide XCHANGE services for all Precious Metals, Silver, Platinum & Palladium. In addition, we are in the process of securing the necessary license to transact in Cryptocurrencies, Bitcoin, Litecoin, Dash, Ethereum, etc. We will also include Lending/Pawn on Cryptocurrencies.
Competitive Pricing
Our “Bricks & Mortar” location competes toe to toe with “Internet Based” companies. We maintain our “Buy Pricing” and our “Retail Sales Pricing” by comparison shopping our competitors both online and local. We don’t shout from the rooftops that we Pay More Than Anyone Else, we let our customers do that.
Services
As our name implies, we provide “XCHANGE” services for a wide variety of Precious Metals, Bullion, Collectible or Numismatic Coins, Jewelry, Watches, Diamonds and Sterling Silver. Meaning, we may purchase these items from you (Buy), we have an extensive supply of these items available for retail purchase (Sell) and/or we may lend money on these items (Pawn).
Our store, located at 1812 W Pinhook Rd, Suite 202, Lafayette, LA, opened in May of 2010. After almost 8 years, we recently expanded our Business offering to include the re-sale of Gold & Silver Jewelry as well as Silver Flatware & Holloware.
We have recently added Pawn Lending to our services, offering to lend on Precious Metals, Collectible Coins, Jewelry and Watches.
